Typical listing process

1. Contact us via phone on 01642 713303, email or via the form listed below
2. We will take a few details and arrange an appointment to view your commercial property
3. At the appointment, we will cover all the details of listing a property with us - what's involved, listing fees, surveying, legal issues, freehold vs leasehold, valuation etc
4. If you agree to list your property with us, we will email you a 'Request to proceed' form to sign and return. Costs of £500 plus VAT will be payable to cover the website fees of Rightmove Commercial, Zoopla and EGi.  This will also cover the cost of a marketing board.
5. Manage any appointments, viewings and negotiations on your behalf
