The site is located in the village of Skinningrove, on the North East Coast, approximately 3 miles south east of Saltburn by the Sea, 13 miles north west of Whitby and 13.7 miles east of Middlesbrough. The site is situated on Hutton Street at the junction with Grove Road and Ridley Terrace.
